Planning a wedding is both overwhelming and exciting all at the same time. The question is where to start? Where will the ceremony be? What colors are in season this year? Where can I find a trustworthy caterer? These are all questions that we can help answer.

This special service is: $150 for the first hour and $50 for each hour after.
Day of Wedding Coordination Package
This package is for the couple that has planned their own wedding in full, but is looking for assistance on the 'day of their wedding' to be sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. The Day of Wedding Coordinator option allows us to work with you prior to your wedding day to insure you have a relaxing and memorable day as we take care of everything.
This wedding package will include:
- Meeting with the couple 1-2 months prior to their wedding day to confirm all wedding plans
- Confirming timelines with each vendor a month prior and then again before the wedding day
- Supervising the decor set up at the ceremony and reception venues
- Providing a detailed itinerary for the couple and all vendors for your wedding day
- Re-confirm the venue's commitment to the couple 7 days before your wedding
- Attending and assisting with the rehearsal the day prior to the wedding
- Oversee that the ceremony and the reception run as smoothly as possible
- Arranging for all flower bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres go to the designated special guests
- Hand delivering final payments to all vendors on the day of your wedding
- Providing additional staff, at no additional charge to you
- We will provide coordination with an assistant (if needed) for 6-8 consecutive hours on your wedding day
- Full access to Emergency Kit
This wedding day of coordination package starts at: $1950.
(An initial payment of $500 is due upon signing of contract, balance is due in full one month prior to wedding day)
Full Wedding Coordination Package
Trust in us to create the wedding you always dreamt of. This Full Wedding Coordination package includes everything from concept to execution!
If you are a couple that wants to be involved with a portion, all or none of the wedding planning... we are flexible and would be happy to assist you any way possible throughout the entire process. We can take care of all the planning, preparation and coordination of your wedding, allowing you to enjoy the planning process worry and stress free.
This wedding package will include:
- Unlimited phone calls, emails and a monthly meeting to discuss full wedding planning development. Starting 12 or more months prior to wedding day
- Planning of theme, color palette, budget plan and decor
- Vendor recommendations (invitations, officiate, florist, caterer, entertainment, photographer, transportation)
- Venue recommendations to suit your budget
- Assisting and accompanying on decor rental meetings
- Booking and accompanying the couple to venue viewings
- Supervising the decor set up at the ceremony and reception venues
- Arranging for all flower bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres go to the designated special guests
- Hand delivering final payments to all vendors on the day of your wedding
- Providing additional staff, at no additional charge to you
- Attending and assisting with the rehearsal the day prior to the wedding

(An initial payment of $600 is due upon signing of contract, followed by a payment plan, with the balance due one month prior to wedding day)
Decor Set-up & Take-down Service
We are sticklers for every detail and would love to create the decor vision of your dreams. We will transform your chosen venue into the beautiful setting perfect for your special day. Love is in the details...
Using our services will allow you, your friends and family the luxury of enjoying your wedding from start to finish and not having to be concerned about who will stay back to assist with the clean up or take down any of your decor or festivities. Just leave with the memories of a wonderful day.
This wedding package will include:
- Initial consultation to discuss your decor vision
- Visit venue to discuss decor planning in full
- Decor rental options
- Set up of decor vision on the day of or day before your wedding
- Clean up of all decor at end of wedding day
This wedding decor set-up & take-down package starts at: $895.
(An initial payment of $500 is due upon signing of contract, balance is due in full one month prior to wedding day)

Your Ceremony and Reception will be in the same space. HELD AT A UNIQUE VENUE within the city and all at different price budgets. Guests will CELEBRATE your union, stay at the venue to visit, then straight into COCKTAILS and RECEPTION to follow. It is perfect! No need for your guests to leave after your Ceremony, unsure what or where to go during the down time...then again to return back sometime later for your Reception. Rehearsal Dinner Planning
Nothing more exciting than gathering all the most important people in your life in one room! After your wedding rehearsal, why not enjoy an evening together at your favourite restaurant or private space. Let us plan your rehearsal dinner event. We will find the perfect venue to accommodate you and your guests for your rehearsal dinner. May it be BBQ or an intimate dinner... we have that perfect venue in mind for you. We will decorate the space to your vision as well as menu planning to create a fun, relaxed gathering for all of your guests to enjoy your company before the big day.

Looking for a unique Bridal or Baby Shower experience that your friends and family will talk about long after that special day? Have a "Garden Style Tea Party" that is sure to please all ages! Enjoy the décor, beautiful tea cups, as well as full set up and take down of your event. Kimberley, a Certified Wedding Planner will plan your event, as well as be on site all afternoon assisting with every aspect of your special tea party. It would be a tea party like no other!
From linens to teacups, we are delighted to serve you and your guests' tea, finger sandwiches and pastries, while you visit and enjoy your time with family and friends.
